These terms govern your access to and use of Tinggo’s website, B2B portal, API services, booking tools, and related travel distribution services.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of tinggo.com, Tinggo’s B2B portal, API services, booking tools, ticketing services, support channels and related systems or services provided by Tinggo Travel Pte. Ltd. and its related companies, business units and platforms.By accessing or using our website, portal, API or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you must not access or use our website, portal, API or services.

1. About Tinggo

Tinggo Travel Pte. Ltd. (“Tinggo”, “we”, “our” or “us”) provides B2B travel technology, booking, ticketing, distribution and servicing solutions to travel agencies, online travel agencies, travel management companies, corporate travel providers, distribution partners and other approved business users.Tinggo is not a consumer-facing public booking platform. Access to certain services, including the B2B portal, API, booking tools and ticketing functions, may be restricted to approved business partners and authorised users.

2. Scope of These Terms

These Terms of Use apply to:

  • Your use of tinggo.com
  • Your access to Tinggo’s B2B portal
  • Your use of Tinggo’s API, booking engine, ticketing tools or related systems
  • Any search, booking, ticketing, waitlist, refund, exchange, reissue, cancellation or servicing request made through Tinggo
  • Any communication with Tinggo through email, online forms, messaging applications, support channels or other communication methods
  • Any use of content, data, fares, schedules, availability, supplier information or technology made available through Tinggo

Additional commercial agreements, API agreements, credit terms, service terms, supplier rules or partner agreements may also apply. If there is any inconsistency between these Terms of Use and a signed written agreement between Tinggo and your company, the signed written agreement will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

3. Eligibility and Business Use

You may only use Tinggo’s B2B services if:

  • You are acting on behalf of a valid business, travel agency, OTA, TMC, corporate travel provider, distribution partner or other approved entity
  • You are authorised by your company to access and use Tinggo’s services
  • You comply with these Terms of Use and any applicable partner agreement
  • You comply with all applicable laws, regulations, supplier rules and industry requirements
  • You provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information to Tinggo

Tinggo may approve, reject, suspend or terminate access to any account, company or user at its discretion.

4. Account Registration and Access

To access certain services, your company may be required to register for a Tinggo account or apply for B2B portal access. We may request company documents, business profile information, licensing details, payment information, authorised user details, security information or other supporting documents before granting access.

You agree that:

  • All information provided to Tinggo must be accurate, complete and up to date
  • Your company is responsible for all users authorised under its account
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential and secure
  • User accounts must not be shared with unauthorised persons
  • You must notify Tinggo immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, misuse or security compromise
  • Tinggo may suspend access if we detect suspicious activity, non-compliance, unpaid amounts, fraud risk, misuse or operational risk

Tinggo is not responsible for any loss arising from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect login credentials, systems, devices or user permissions.

5. Acceptable Use

You must use Tinggo’s website, portal, API and services only for lawful and authorised business purposes. You must not:

  • Use Tinggo’s services for fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or abusive purposes
  • Make speculative, false, duplicate, automated or fictitious bookings
  • Hold inventory without genuine customer demand
  • Circumvent supplier rules, fare rules, ticketing limits, payment rules or system controls
  • Resell access to Tinggo’s portal or API without written approval
  • Share confidential fares, supplier content, credentials or system access with unauthorised parties
  • Scrape, harvest, copy or extract data from Tinggo’s systems except as expressly permitted
  • Reverse engineer, interfere with or disrupt Tinggo’s systems, APIs or technology
  • Upload malware, malicious code or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, security controls or access restrictions
  • Use Tinggo’s name, logo, content or data in a misleading or unauthorised manner
  • Act in any way that may damage Tinggo, our partners, suppliers, systems, reputation or operations

Tinggo may monitor usage and may suspend or terminate access if we believe that any account or user has breached these Terms of Use.

6. Travel Content, Fares and Availability

Tinggo may provide access to flight, rail or other travel content from airlines, rail operators, global distribution systems, NDC providers, aggregators, technology providers and other suppliers. You acknowledge that:

  • Fares, schedules, taxes, fees, availability, service classes, seat availability and supplier conditions may change without notice
  • Search results are not a guarantee of availability, price or successful ticket issuance
  • Final availability and pricing are subject to supplier confirmation at the time of booking or ticketing
  • Certain fares may be subject to ticketing deadlines, payment deadlines, cancellation restrictions, refund penalties, exchange rules, baggage rules, seat rules, fare conditions and supplier-specific terms
  • Supplier systems may experience delays, errors, outages or discrepancies
  • Tinggo is not responsible for supplier content errors, schedule changes, fare changes, inventory changes, service disruptions or supplier restrictions

You are responsible for reviewing all booking details, passenger details, fare rules, supplier conditions and pricing before confirming any transaction.

7. Bookings and Ticket Issuance

When you submit a booking, ticketing or servicing request through Tinggo, you are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The request is genuine and authorised
  • Passenger or traveller information is accurate and complete
  • Travel document details are correct
  • Travel dates, routes, stations, airports, train numbers, flight numbers, service classes and passenger types are correct
  • The traveller is eligible to travel
  • Payment or credit arrangements are valid and sufficient
  • You have reviewed and accepted all applicable fare rules, supplier rules and conditions

Tinggo is not responsible for denied boarding, failed ticketing, rejected bookings, incorrect tickets, missed departures, penalties or losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you, your company, your users, your customers or any traveller. A  booking is not confirmed until the relevant supplier has confirmed the booking and, where applicable, the ticket has been issued.

8. China Rail and Rail Ticketing

Where Tinggo provides access to China rail or other rail booking services, you acknowledge that rail ticket availability, seat release timing, identity verification, ticket collection, refund rules, change rules and passenger requirements may be subject to railway operator rules and local regulatory requirements. You are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Passenger identity details are accurate and match the required travel documents
  • Travellers hold valid identity documents required for ticketing, collection, station entry and travel
  • Train, route, date, station and class details are checked before booking
  • Refund, change, cancellation and waitlist rules are understood before confirmation
  • Customers are properly informed of any ticket collection, verification, boarding or servicing requirements

Seat availability and waitlist outcomes are not guaranteed. Tinggo may assist with waitlist requests where available, but successful confirmation depends on inventory release.

9. API Use

If Tinggo grants your company access to any API, you must comply with all technical documentation, security requirements, rate limits, authentication requirements, permitted use rules and integration guidelines issued by Tinggo. You must not:

  • Share API credentials with unauthorised parties
  • Use API credentials for any unauthorised system, entity or commercial purpose
  • Exceed permitted rate limits or usage thresholds
  • Conduct stress testing, penetration testing or vulnerability scanning without Tinggo’s written approval
  • Use the API in a way that disrupts Tinggo’s systems or supplier systems
  • Store, cache, reproduce or redistribute fare, availability or supplier content except as permitted
  • Misrepresent supplier content, fares, availability or booking status to customers
  • Continue using deprecated endpoints after Tinggo has provided reasonable migration notice, where applicable

Tinggo may suspend API access where necessary for security, compliance, supplier requirements, system stability, misuse, unpaid amounts or breach of these Terms of Use.

10. Payments, Credit and Settlement

Your company is responsible for all bookings, tickets, fees, charges, penalties, taxes, supplier charges, service fees and other amounts incurred through its account or authorised users. Depending on your account setup, Tinggo may require prepayment, wallet top-up, bank transfer, card payment, credit limit approval, deposit, guarantee or other payment arrangements. You agree that:

  • Payment must be made in the currency and method specified by Tinggo
  • Tinggo may refuse to issue tickets or process requests if payment is not received or credit is insufficient
  • Credit limits may be reduced, suspended or withdrawn at Tinggo’s discretion
  • Late payments may result in account suspension, ticketing restriction, service limitation or recovery action
  • Bank fees, card fees, currency conversion differences, chargebacks or payment processing fees may be borne by your company where applicable
  • Your company remains liable for all issued tickets and confirmed services, even if your customer fails to pay you

All invoices, statements, debit notes and credit notes should be reviewed promptly. Any dispute must be raised in writing within the timeframe stated in the applicable invoice, statement or commercial agreement. If no timeframe is stated, disputes should be raised within seven calendar days from the invoice or statement date.

11. Cancellations, Refunds, Exchanges and Reissues

Cancellations, refunds, exchanges, reissues, voids, name corrections, schedule changes and other servicing requests are subject to supplier rules, fare conditions, system limitations and operational deadlines. Y ou acknowledge that:

  • Not all tickets or bookings are refundable, changeable or voidable
  • Supplier penalties, fare differences, service fees and taxes may apply
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on the supplier, payment method and settlement process
  • Some refunds may only be processed after supplier approval
  • Tinggo may charge service fees for refund, exchange, reissue, cancellation or manual handling requests
  • No refund is guaranteed unless approved by the relevant supplier and processed by Tinggo

You are responsible for submitting servicing requests within the required deadline and providing complete information for Tinggo to process the request.

12. Service Fees and Charges

Tinggo may charge service fees, technology fees, booking fees, ticketing fees, support fees, API fees, refund fees, exchange fees, reissue fees, manual handling fees, payment fees or other charges. Fees may vary by supplier, market, route, product, channel, payment method, account type or commercial agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Tinggo may update its fees and charges from time to time.

13. Supplier Terms and Third-Party Rules

Travel products made available through Tinggo are provided by third-party suppliers, including airlines, rail operators, GDSs, NDC providers, aggregators and other travel service providers. Your use of such products is subject to the applicable supplier terms, fare rules, conditions of carriage, ticketing rules, refund rules, baggage rules, passenger rules and operational policies. You are responsible for informing your customers and travellers of all relevant supplier rules and restrictions. Tinggo is not responsible for any act, omission, insolvency, delay, cancellation, disruption, schedule change, service failure, refusal of carriage, denied boarding, operational issue or policy decision by any third-party supplier.

14. Platform Availability and System Performance

Tinggo aims to provide stable and reliable access to its website, portal, API and services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or real-time availability. Access may be affected by:

  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Emergency maintenance
  • Supplier system outages
  • Internet or telecommunications failures
  • Cloud hosting issues
  • Cybersecurity incidents
  • API failures
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Force majeure events
  • Technical, operational or security issues

Tinggo may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue any part of the website, portal, API or services at any time where necessary for security, maintenance, supplier compliance, business operations or other valid reasons.

15. Data Protection and Privacy

Tinggo collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.By using Tinggo’s services, you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws and ensure that you have obtained all necessary consents, authorisations or legal bases before providing personal data to Tinggo.Where you provide personal data relating to travellers, employees, customers, agents or other individuals, you represent that you are authorised to do so and that such personal data may be used by Tinggo for booking, ticketing, servicing, compliance, payment, security and operational purposes.Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we handle personal data.

16. Confidentiality

You must keep confidential all non-public information obtained through Tinggo, including:

  • Login credentials
  • API credentials
  • Supplier content
  • Fares, incentives, mark-ups and pricing arrangements
  • Technical documentation
  • System information
  • Business processes
  • Operational communications
  • Partner-specific information
  • Any information marked confidential or which should reasonably be understood as confidential

You must not disclose confidential information to any third party without Tinggo’s prior written approval, except where required by law or expressly permitted under a written agreement with Tinggo.

17. Intellectual Property

All rights, title and interest in Tinggo’s website, portal, API, technology, software, designs, user interfaces, logos, trademarks, content, documentation, workflows, databases and materials belong to Tinggo or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, license, reverse engineer, create derivative works from or misuse any Tinggo intellectual property without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms of Use grants you ownership of any Tinggo intellectual property.

18. User Content and Communications

If you submit information, documents, messages, requests, feedback, data or other content to Tinggo, you grant Tinggo the right to use such content as reasonably necessary to provide services, process requests, manage accounts, improve systems, comply with legal obligations and operate our business. Y ou must ensure that any content you provide is accurate, lawful and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

19. Compliance with Laws

You must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, sanctions, export control rules, anti-bribery laws, anti-money laundering rules, tax requirements, travel regulations, data protection laws and industry rules in connection with your use of Tinggo’s services. You must not use Tinggo’s services to facilitate unlawful travel, fraudulent ticketing, sanctions breaches, money laundering, bribery, corruption, human trafficking, identity misuse or any other illegal activity. Tinggo may refuse, suspend or report any transaction, account or activity where we reasonably suspect unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or non-compliant conduct.

20. Disclaimers

Tinggo provides its website, portal, API and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis.To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinggo does not warrant that:

  • The website, portal, API or services will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free
  • Search results, fares, schedules, availability or supplier content will always be accurate, complete or up to date
  • Bookings, waitlist requests, refunds, exchanges or ticketing requests will always be successful
  • Any specific fare, seat, class, route, supplier content or travel product will remain available
  • Any technical issue, supplier issue or service interruption will be resolved within a specific timeframe

Nothing in these Terms of Use excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tinggo will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of goodwill, loss of data, loss of opportunity, customer claims or business interruption. Tinggo will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

  • Incorrect passenger, booking or travel document details provided by you
  • Supplier fare changes, schedule changes, cancellations, disruptions or restrictions
  • Failed, delayed or rejected bookings or ticket issuance
  • Insufficient payment, credit limit or account balance
  • Unauthorised account access caused by your failure to secure credentials
  • System outages, supplier outages or third-party failures
  • Force majeure events
  • Your breach of these Terms of Use or any supplier rules
  • Your failure to inform customers or travellers of applicable rules and restrictions

Unless otherwise stated in a signed written agreement, Tinggo’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use or the relevant services shall be limited to the service fees paid by your company to Tinggo for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

22. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tinggo, its related companies, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and partners from and against any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs and expenses arising from:

  • Your use or misuse of Tinggo’s services
  • Your breach of these Terms of Use
  • Your breach of supplier rules or applicable laws
  • Inaccurate, incomplete or unauthorised information provided by you
  • Claims by your customers, travellers, employees, agents or other third parties
  • Unauthorised access or misuse of your account
  • Fraudulent, abusive, negligent or unlawful conduct by your company or users
  • Your failure to obtain required consents or authorisations for personal data processing

23. Suspension and Termination

Tinggo may suspend, restrict or terminate your access to any website, portal, API, account or service at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms of Use
  • You breach any partner agreement or supplier rule
  • You fail to make payment when due
  • Your credit limit is exceeded or withdrawn
  • We detect suspicious, fraudulent or abusive activity
  • We are required to do so by a supplier, regulator, authority or law
  • Continued access may create legal, financial, security, reputational or operational risk
  • Your company ceases business, becomes insolvent or is subject to legal proceedings
  • Tinggo decides to discontinue or modify any service

Termination or suspension does not affect any accrued rights, payment obligations, confidentiality obligations, indemnities or liabilities arising before the date of suspension or termination.

24. Changes to These Terms

Tinggo may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where appropriate, we may notify users of material changes through the website, portal, email or other communication channels. Your continued use of Tinggo’s website, portal, API or services after the updated Terms of Use are posted means that you accept the updated Terms of Use.

25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, Tinggo’s website, B2B portal, API services, booking tools, ticketing services or any related services shall first be addressed through good faith discussions between Tinggo and the relevant business partner. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Notwithstanding any other written agreement, commercial arrangement, partner agreement, supplier arrangement or dispute resolution clause, Tinggo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to commence legal proceedings, recover outstanding amounts, enforce its rights, or seek injunctive or other relief before the courts of Singapore.
